There are significantly fewer women taking the initiative to start their own digital companies specializing in e-commerce. Change is slower here, but building a belief in women's strength and abilities from an early age is crucial. It is important to encourage young girls to realize their ideas in various innovation incubators. The actual pathways in school or college are not gender-specific. I had the privilege of co-creating a graduate program in e-commerce and online marketing that was predominantly female.
