Planning the Global Livelihoods Seminar In addition, I am now working until November with the planning of the Global Livelihoods Seminar , which will take place in Berlin from November. Then there are people from all over the world who work for the Norwegian Refugee Council with livelihoods and food security . German donors also come there. A lot of planning is then required within logistics, it is exciting to be involved and I am looking forward to seeing the result in November.
Given the short time I ve been here so far, I ve already had the chance to participate moible number data and learn a lot. For example, how a humanitarian organization develops its programs and measures its results, and how they plan and execute major events. It has been very exciting and useful for the future. Thrives with varied working days This autumn, large parts of the department I am deployed to have also worked on restructuring the organization itself. I have therefore been able to take part in a number of workshops and meetings about how we can solve challenges going forward.
This has not always been professionally relevant, but it is undoubtedly relevant work experience that I will benefit from in future jobs. I get to know interesting people At the Norwegian Refugee Council, I get to work closely with people who have incredibly exciting jobs, a lot of knowledge and different backgrounds. It is fun and educational and one of the benefits of an internship, namely getting to know new people and making contacts.
